What it handles

Everything from the host stand to the pass

Tables and split checks Seat a table, add to it from any register, split the check by seat, by item or evenly. Each guest gets their own receipt and tip prompt.
Kitchen display Dine-in, takeout and online orders land on the kitchen screen in the order they were rung, with modifiers spelled out, and get bumped as they go out.
Online ordering with no commission A free ordering site under your own name plus a free listing on PlatesToEat. Orders come straight into the kitchen with a pickup or delivery time.
Modifiers, halves and combos Half pepperoni, half veggie, extra cheese, make it a meal. Two taps to ring and a ticket the kitchen can read.
Tips and dual pricing on the pinpad The terminal prompts the tip and shows the cash and card price, so your servers never have to explain either.
Shifts, tips and takings Server reports, tip payouts, staff hours and the day's totals from any browser or your phone.
On the floor

Fast when the dining room is full

One-tap repeats, course firing to the kitchen, and a customer-facing screen that shows the check so nobody disputes it later.

  • Checks split by seat, by item or evenly
  • Tips prompted on the pinpad, not by your staff
  • Keeps selling with no connection and syncs later

What it costs

Priced per register, month to month

No contract, no setup surprise. The register is a monthly plan per device, the card processing is a program you choose, and the hardware is bought once and stays yours.

Questions

Restaurants & Pizzerias owners usually ask

Does it handle tables and split checks?

Yes. Seat a table, add to it from any register, and split the check by seat, by item or evenly. Each guest gets their own receipt and their own tip prompt on the pinpad.

Do online orders go straight to the kitchen?

Yes. Orders from your own ordering site and from PlatesToEat land on the kitchen display with the pickup or delivery time, the same as an order rung at the counter.

Is there a commission on online orders?

No. The ordering site under your own name and the PlatesToEat listing are included with the register, and there is no marketplace commission on the orders.

What does a restaurant POS system cost?

You pay per register, per month, with no contract. Tables, kitchen display and online ordering are included rather than sold as a restaurant tier. Current plan prices are on the pricing page.
